Our system operates on the principles of a Knowledge Management Engine and an Orders Marketplace. The Knowledge Management Engine allows you to navigate through the Cyrima Framework. It includes a digital Process Repository and a Jira Plugin.
The Process Repository enables navigation through the process layer of the framework, while the Plugin generates tasks tailored to specific projects. On the marketplace, you can easily find expert support for your project needs.

Cyrima’s Framework is a complete package of processes, standards and operational instructions necessary to secure projects. It contains pages of tasks, policies and diagrams showing you exactly what you need to do to comply with security best practices and legal requirements. We adopted a structured approach to project and change management, based on well-established practices, to compile this repository. It is regularly updated so that you do not need to worry if your project meets all current requirements. Additionally, it helps to structure information about process flows so it is easier for employees to learn the process initially and later on – get back to its details, during project delivery.

It allows to navigate between contents of each process, policy or standard. Security tasks generated automatically for each project category
Tasks that are generated by our Jira Plugin into your project backlog relate directly to process activities described in our Framework. Their content elaborates activity descriptions available in Process Repository, adjusting them to project category, its size, risk level and selected compliance acts or norms. Feed it with your project details to get a particular, selected, optimal set of security tasks for all the stakeholders. Once there, you can assign people, set deadlines, monitor progress, set priorities, navigate between high and detailed description levels to name just a few. It also adapts to any changes in your project requirements.
At any point user can easily navigate between high and detailed description levels, to check the next steps or to adjust work approach by checking how its results will be utilized. If necessary, with a few clicks you can get an updated set of tasks and instructions to secure your work. Jira plugin brings the width, breadth and depth of the Framework from an abstract level to the level of manageable tasks.
