For our Standard and Enterprise plans, we offer flexible payment options to accommodate your financial planning needs. You can choose between annual or monthly billing, allowing your business to select the option that best aligns with your budget and financial strategies.
You have the flexibility to upgrade your subscription tier or renew it with an upgrade at any time, both of which take effect immediately after the transaction is completed. Upgrade your subscription anytime by accessing your account and following the prompts on the Client dashboard.

- Log in to JIRA and select the “Apps” tab.
- Locate the Cyrima application.
- The Menu will appear on the left-hand side.
- Click on “Manage Cyrima subscription” to navigate to the Client dashboard.
